The Tembelan Revolutionary Army (TRA) has launched an attack on one of the country's islands. Due to a civil war years ago, the Tembelan Government disbanded its military and has instead implemented a "Military Force" (TMF) in the event of major conflict. Being glorified police officers, the TMF is not prepared to handle the situation at hand. The Tembelan President has asked the US to aid in stopping the rebellion and recapturing the island in exchange for using the island as a refueling station.
