150 grams spaghetti (durum wheat semolina)
150 grams chicken breast
2 tbsp shitake mushroom
3-4 tbsp skinless peanuts
4-5 tbsp char siu sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 - 1 tbsp chili flakes
5-6 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp onion
3 tbsp water
2 tsp brown sugar
chicken brine: 3 -4 cups water, 1 tbsp salt, & 1 tbsp sugar
garnsh : green onions

This is a great dish and 5 times better than the Lo mein you get in Chinese restaurants.
I live in Tennessee by the way.
I honestly prefer this without the meat.

Your pasta was gloggy. You should have at least reserve pssta water to loosen it and you shoudnt have rinse it with water.
