In this DCS World Simulator video I'm in the F16 Viper fighting against Vader in the SU30 Flanker (Thank you for the help buddy). This is a guns only dogfight, Hope you guys enjoy!
I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthawg , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

Wow! That near-ground low altitude dogfight was epic! Ducking and diving, trying to avoid and get guns on each other with wings seeming to skim the earth!

Several years back, I watched a 1v1 where the Blue guy split S'd every time at the merge opting for the wide bottom of the maneuverability egg, while Opfor went over the top end of the egg. Every time Red had the energy coming down, while Blue pissed his off pulling hard coming up. It was a predictable ending every time. I think you were fortunate that Red couldn't capitalize on his positional advantage after the first turn with some accurate pew-pew. He coulda/should had you every fight,ala the one fight you lost when you pulled the Syrian lead turn.

Thats what they say that no matter how good your weapon is, it still needs an expert to use it to its potential. You had 50 fkin chances to kill that Flanker and you missed all of them.

Is thrust vectoring modeled for this su 30?
thrust vectoring is not a factor in 2 circle fight, rather the low drag of small F-16 allows it to catch up to the Flanker from behind. For large jet, it will require stronger engine like Mig-29 to match the speed.
Nice work! Why no tracer rounds on Viper?
Growling Sidewinder when he uses F16 in fight, tells everyone DCS F16 model does not have tracers. So, guess this is normal. Disadvantage.

Very funny video. F-16 is very good fighter but, it have not even a little chance against SU's. SU 30 will destroy F 16, in first 30 seconds.

It kinda looked like its off, because normaly the su-30 shredds nearly everything in the low speed one circles
@@Bolter024Yea I think so because the Indian flag was visible on the Flanker and the Pakistani flag was on the Viper. He just didn't mention it.

Sometimes the visuals of that are only client side and other clients cant see that. Hope it will be fixed by the mod developers (if it can be fixed)

The su-30 mod in dcs has thrust vectoring, but it isn't simulated in a professional way, however in low speeds the thrust vectoring helps a lot.
@@Shwobblywobbly I can agree to this and imo it makes it a nasty dogfighter. I don't believe it was used in this fight. From my dcs experience in that mod and what I see on screen here.
@@speeddemon2262 agree, Su-30 when slow is absolutely disgusting, even a F-22 has a hard time keeping up with the nose of that thing. Maybe the best slow speed one circle fighter in the game.
