I honestly can't be mad at your number 1 and 2. While mine is rearranged to where it's the Paranormal Liberation War then Tartarus Escapees, these two arcs are the two-piece combo of the series

It wasn’t studio bones that dropped the ball it was the higher ups. They gave them stupid restrictions. So tired of hearing it’s studio bones who dropped the ball

I like the tartarus and stars and stripes arcs a lot too but there’s a few problems in them that take a lot of my enjoyment out.

Tartarus Escapees should be one of the Top 5 best arcs list cause it’s about Deku going through darkness from being target by All For One’s orders, Class 1-A rescues and fights Deku to bring him back to UA by knocking his sense out of him, Shoto wants Deku to let them share his burden, Iida grabs Deku like saving a lost child, Kirishima remembering about the Sludge Villain incident, Bakugo’s Apology and Uraraka’s speech about Deku in danger
