Hi Michelle! I’m not a fan of water baths. However, I do place a baking sheet with hot water on the bottom shelf of my oven. This will create moisture just as a water bath does.

I usually let it cool a couple of hours or until the bottom doesn't feel warm to touch and then I put it in the fridge to chill.

Oh, that was the icing container. They only give you 5 cinnamon rolls in the Grands. 😊

I too do a water bath method the same way.. pan of water next shelf down
