FM DX - Reception of Radio Moldova (?) from Bălți/Moldova 104,90 MHz near Hamburg/Germany 1388km

Tentative log, there are more stations from Moldova and Romania on this frequency and i couldn't get an ID.

I think Moldova is more likely in this case - at 0:29 the announcer mentions some of the Moldovan administrative regions: centru and sud in what seems like a meteorogical warning.

Another piece of evidence at 0:04 "Republica Moldova" is mentioned, and minutes later i received several stations from Ukraine and Belarus in the OIRT band, so the Es-cloud must have been located somewhere over central Poland. For reception from Romania it would have had to be located a little more to the South.
