The action takes place in the 21st century, on the border between the United States and Latin America. A young girl named Amber travels to California to fulfill her late grandfather's last wish - to attend a concert festival. However, as fate would have it, her trailer is stopped by a young girl named Marina, who has the goal of finding the remaining gold that the mysterious Seeker hid after the end of the Gold Rush. The girl has no choice but to pick up a hitchhiker and help her in her search.
