I watched this video because I thought I was doing something wrong. Mine has absolutely no fragrant smell what soever, even after being plugged in, running for hours. It was a gift and I wanted to love it, but I can't.

Is the 120 hours during time with the fan or total from first use? Can I use a pod for a few hours at a time over a few weeks?

Depends on your climate. It is supposed to be 120 hrs. Where I live gets very very hot so when I'm in my car I take my Scentsy Go and put it in my cup holder. When I get out of my car and I'm home I take it out and put it in my house. We can get up to a 117ﾟand higher where I live. Remember, scents are heat activated so I prefer to not leave it in my car when it's not in use.

No nothing to do with Scentsy parties...i had my 3 year old in toe i was sick with throat infections on and off from travelling. Thankfully yes all better hahah x
Its not actually a "life time warranty", its a "purchase another one and we'll give you a small discount". Otherwise get stuffed. I think I saw in my country you can purchase one for $60 instead of the normal $90. That's not a warranty under any of our laws.
I don't agree at all. We are lifetime warranty and my customers always get ot. If you aren't happy contact scentsy direct they will help you Tom
It is lifetime warranty. I’ve been using scentsy for a year now and had an error with one of my warmers and it was replaced no issue completely free.
@@sashathomas3129 NOT free here. You have to pay a 20% fee + shipping in my country. AND it has to be with the original person who sold it to you. Both of mine that failed the seller no longer is with a rep so mine where never replaced. There is so much turnover in reps here so the chance you will get your warmer replaced is pretty low.
