You have to enable developer option in extensions tab to install the extension
Yes you can do this, but it can install without the developer option you can try both options
it was blocked when installing CRX into Chrome extension.......not sure if it is related to anti-virus software or not
Try with another browser or install grass config with run as administrator and then open registry editor and find your browser extension
