@kf91274 Yes...rewatch the 2018 Preakness. If the track was a mere 5 feet longer, Bravazo would have won and Justify would not be a TC winner.
Señor Buscador was doing so well. Although he didn’t win the Pegasus i was so proud of him for getting so close! I love Señor Buscador and thought he ran very well.

@newproduct8107 I don't know if you've looked at his works since the end of the last year or not but every single one of them has been a bullet. He lost the dirt mile by a nose and has gotten so much better the last few months
Saudi is at 1 1/8 Dubai is at 1 1/4. Keep him at the shorter distance for as long as possible. Saudi Cup is my guess
August Rodin was kept in training despite having won a futurity at 2, an Epsom derby, Irish derby, champion stakes and BC turf.
Given his breeding one would have expected him to be sent to the paddocks, but what a set of balls the owners have.
If he takes to the dirt like his trainer is expecting them I think he can wipe a few of the grade 1s over there in the second half of the season.
I don't think this horse here would give him any sort of race to be honest. 🇮🇪
@@numanoid5665 the vast majority of these Euro’s have come to America and lost on the dirt at mile and a quarter in the BC Classic

National Treasure was the only Grade I winner in the race. He showed he doesn't need the lead to win; a few racing handicappers will need to change the narrative about him needing the lead to win, giving him due credit for this and his previous wins, including the Preakness.

Typical. Baffert snags another major race in an off year. The winning time was the slowest Pegasus to date and he had the shortest trip. NT 's time was about 5 seconds slowe than Arrogate's record and the equates to 40 lenghts.
Arrogate ran his race in 1:46.4 not 1:45.2. Still a slow race today
About 20 length and change...not 40 lol 😅
So much for the " class" of the race! If this is the best older horses we have, we are in big trouble.
Arrogate another Baffert choice that died so young. Whatever they did to that gallant horse on the track cut his life short.

Wait for the drug test. .. his reputation is gone forever the endless lawsuits are not helping. It would have been better for him to admit the mistake. If the positives were a result of lack of oversight in his stable that is still his responsibility. It just makes him look worse to not accept that responsibility.
