Hey, Charlie, Thanks for doing the fake thread cut thing. It makes me feel better knowing I‘m not the only one that does that.

Thanks for this pattern. Because this fly swimms so good it's now my favorite fly to use as a floating dropper. Works perfect.

We have a saying in Medicine about breaking a suture. “It’s not the strength of the suture, it’s the jerk on the end.

Thank you for this and the thread trick! Tied one of these up and caught a fish on it the first time out! They weren't even rising, and loved it.

been tying a lot with GSP in 50 denier... Going from that to a 70 denier nylon thread, or a classic 12/0 waxed thread is PAINFUL! you forget how fragile thread is when compared to GSP.

Hi Charlie, since I’m watching this video in the Fall, I would like to see you tie a killer October Caddis pupa. I tie one which I copied from Johnny Utah and it works extremely well though I don’t know whether it imitates these large pupae well or it’s just a nice looking nymph that fish dig. I don’t usually fish it out of season so I can’t tell which is it. Thanks!
