You are right. I was told the house is a 5br and I looked for the 5th bedroom which left me with an option of labeling that as the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise it should be a prayer/office or study room

Very nice video work as always. The home is well done. Bathroom tile work is good. Kitchen cabinets are well done with plenty and properly placed receptacles. The only thing id fault them is using glass for staircase railing with no reinforcement behind that glass. That is crazy for such a tall house. The roof design means rain water will flow directly onto the exterior walls and only a matter of time before the trails set on those white walls. Price is steep for a townhouse.

That’s also a great option to make it a master bedroom but in case you need a home home theater then you just stick to the master bedroom that is already in place
