    Most states only allow 5 cars or trucks to be sold per year without a dealer license, but your adult family members in the same house can also flip 5 cars or trucks per year and all that money can contribute to the overall household income. All you have to do is walk the other family members through the flipping process. Keep it legit.

    Car dealers are having problems selling their own cars, with that said, why would Carvana purchase more vehicles if they cannot sell their own?

  • @handyman8001
    @handyman8001 Před 25 dny +13

    But you still need to register it on your name, get to dmv and such, and yes, most states it’s 4-5 cars a year.

  • @raya2smty
    @raya2smty Před 24 dny +17

    He is not getting into the details. When selling to carvana or carmax or any other dealer like them the title has to be titled under your name. Carmax requires to be at least 30days titled under your name. Also when carvana and carmax runs the vin after you click the next step they automatically deduct about 40% off their initial offer if the vehicle has been in AAI or copart auction. I have sold about 15 cars to them. Oh and the 5car limit per person has never been a problem for me and I don’t have a dealer license

    • @cubedmack
      @cubedmack Před 15 dny +2

      So, basically you need to make sure you buy at a good low price because Carvana and CarMax will low ball you if the vehicle is coming from IAA or Copart.

    I am very much impressed with your effort to help others. Today you thought us how to sell cars to Carvana from Copart auction site.
    I am living in GA, can I bid/buy without dealers license in GA?
    If it's impossible to bid without license, can you please suggest any other method to bypass this obstacle.

    You are gonna sit on that for a while while you get a title and be careful on a flip DO NOT SIGN THE TITLE. Give them a unsigned seller title so it can be transfered You also need to get it registered and registered because unless you are going to keep it INSIDE it can be towed from your property in most states if it has no plates

    • @makingmylifebetter
      @makingmylifebetter Před 18 dny

      That's called an "open title". In most states it is illegal to buy and sell in that way, I know for a fact it's illegal in Arkansas and Oklahoma, but that being said, yes you can do it that way but if your caught it won't be good and will probably hurt you being able to actually sell cars legally in your state.

      @@makingmylifebetter It is legal in Fla cause the title clerk told me it was ok but I have heard that its a problem. However, how do dealers do it cause they are not titling their cars, they pass them through. Maybe its a dealer only thing

      @lifeofshedler7629 Před 17 dny +1

    • @fladave99
      @fladave99 Před 17 dny

      @@lifeofshedler7629 Agree as the final owner but in a flip in florida you are allowed to hold the car as long as you do not register it and not sell or pay tax till it is registered by the final owner. Actually, no one would even know that you bought the car cause there is no transaction data. Not sure about other states but how are dealers supposed to buy and sll if they have to title and pay sales tax on every car. Pretty sure at least if you are a dealer you can hold without sale and in Florida an individual can also hold without sale . I just did a transaction like that where my seller DID NOT sign the title when I bought the car as the buyer but he NEVER REGISTERED THE CAR and only flipped it to me, I signed as new buyer.and title co say it was legal cause I was wondering too

    Most of these auction cars need work. If not, the seller would sell them to carvana rather than sell them at auction. THe only good cars are donated cars, but those sell for more than what carvana will pay. Trust me we buy over 500 cars a year. Also, about 5 percent of the cars will have bad titles.

    3 - carvana prices are really low compared to the market so it’s almost impossible to find price difference carvana are low ballers offers
