I can't believe the intensity of the racing. Every guy here is like a national or former nation champion, some World Champion, and GP faves.
Y'all need to bring this event to Unadilla in NY. It would be standing room only.

This is awesome! I started racing MX back in the mid seventies. It was truly European style MX that i loved so much. My bike was a 1970 Maico 400
Damn it!! I so wish 2 Strokes were still king of Super Cross. The sound the excellent turn recovery, the fling ability can not be yet matched by the 4 strokes. WAY back in the mid 80's when I was a young man, and knew i was a good rider, I earned the right to enter the races at Saddleback raceway in So. Cal. I got my ass handed to me by all but 2 riders out of 14. Put my tail between my legs and loaded the bike and went home. All respect for competition riders. It's not at all as easy as it looks. Polite and forceful and a shit load of tallent.
But, 2 strokes will in my mind ALWAYS be king.
Because....
4 strokes are strong enough for a man, but are made for a woman.
And, that's a fact!!!
One of the best events I have been to! Also just want to say your videos are awesome 👌 really nice to watch back and catch the bits i couldn't see on track 👍keep up good work mate 👍

The 250 Kawasaki's were great bikes back then. A bit heavy maybe, but my 97 was a wonderful bike for the whooped out sand single track I love riding. After decades of riding and racing, I never got so fast and felt so good. When you get to that point, you don't get tired (riding smooth), and you feel like you can push it as hard as you want. I only got that amazing feeling on the 97 KX250. Wish l was like that when racing. I would have won a lot more races.
I too had a KX250 in the 90’s excellent bike, my only gripe was the single water pump seal with no weep hole resulting in milky oil when it failed occasionally. 😊

I can see this event becoming bigger and bigger every time.
It's a blast from the past and way more fun than today's boring racing.
Plus it's 2 strokes who wouldn't love it.
I remember the early 90’s in the 80’s and 100cc races with Karl Harris , Carl Nunn and Billie Mackenzie in the uk . Was never a contender against them back then but loved racing. Would love to get on a bike again but epilepsy always gets in the way of doing things you love . Congratulations Britain 👍

The best two stroke race I ever saw was at budds creek/ cooper and kadrowski 125s. circa 1990ish.

That was an awesome race on a spectacular track!! It reminded me of the good old days when two strokes were for racing and four strokes were for trail riding. Nothing gets your attention faster than a full throttle roost off a CR500, at least that’s what I’m told 😉

FIM (mxgp) and AMA (sx) have no idea that this kind of broadcast/highlights would truly bring MX/SX to a whole new level when it comes to the enterteinment part. What an incredible job mate! Jeeez. I got so tired of regular MX, but stuff like this or when Pastrana does those PitBike championship reminds me that this sport can be incredible. Need more of this.
