b o b b i e ! It’s aye okay to feel this way!!!! My anxiety is a massive party pooper and I hate it! My biggest piece of advice is to try and split your brain in two. Your logical side and your anxiety. It takes practice but if you get good at it you logical side can typically cancel out your anxiety. It’s definitely a skill that has to be built but it’ll definitely help you out in the future. Also sorry If there are typos lol
