I have done first floor with this and second floor of same floor area with conventional.. these beams are expensive in my view and based on my calculations

How do you compensate for the water lost during slab concreting through the block spaces? Bearing in mind we need water for cement hydration so that the concrete can achieve the specified strength?
I would have loved to see how the foundation was done
they do ground beams column to column, they put their prestressed joist beams spanning to cast in place ground beams, and prestressed slabs onto prestressed joist beams, no ground floor cast on poor soil, but a suspended ones. so the column footings have to go down to the strong stratum at the end of the day. The prestressed ground slab and ground floor walls will be supported by the action of prestressed joists and ground cast in place floor beams respectively.

I better stick to the conventional tasted and proved to be durable. How do you determine the strength integrity of those blocks. Better save the sorry. My opinion.
Hi Mark . As the beam and block is produced in a factory environment cube tests are taken for each cast of the beams and then random blocks are selected and taken for testing . We do transverse load testing on the blocks. Structurally the floor is designed to suit the application that the client requires.
It hasn't helped me much, if you say in matters of the cost that it's cheaper, how cheaper is it, apart from the time that you keep saying its saves time, some of us its not about time, am not rushing to enter the house

Well, now you know. When it comes to black cotton soil beam and block saves you from the hustle of excavating and backfilling. Simply leave the soil alone and build above it.

Yes. as long as they are 9×9
I think columns are very important best to use them no matter what, even if it's the precast pillars or the RHS
