The visuals and audio on F1 24 feel so much more immersive! However, you can see from the inputs the handling looks a lot more janky this year, as you mentioned in *at least one video* - despite that, I've almost always been on a controller (and am way quicker than on a wheel) and my inputs tend to be short and sharp but controlled as opposed to smooth and predictable when on a rig/driving. So it might work out playing to my strengths on controller, I'm quite interested to see. I'm most concerned about rear tyre temps/wear if I'm honest.

Strange, installed the game, but when I select my team you can only choose 1 starting livery..(also helmet ok then maybe later.. looking at driver career, cant choose an icon... or Opmeer :P same problem you you (subs) ?
it took them too long to update spa, i can’t find a reason to buy it. this is coming from someone who’s preordered every f1 game since 2020
It's probably the reason they updated spa, they couldn't be creative enough to find good new features so updating a track is their solution.
I’m thinking of upgrading to F1 24 from F1 2018, do you think it’s worth the jump?
I would buy f1 23, cheaper and better
Wait a bit to see if handling gets fixed. Buying 23 will mean you don’t have access to the refreshed career mode. I think the handling will improve. Even still I think it’s worth it

It just seems so unsatisfying to drive. The tire squeals in EVERY LOW SPEED CORNER absolutely make me sick lmao. I’ve seen it on every single video. I’ll be on ‘23 if y’all need me 🤪

Does anyone feel like the cars slower? Obviously setups etc are yet to be found but I feel 2seconds slower on the new one to the f123 and I feel like I’m pushing it to the limit.
Engine sound is worse than 22 and 23. Still too light, should be more deeper and growling. Far from irl onboard sound.

Overpriced patch.. already have the 2024 liveries from the modding community along with updated track advertising and drivers.. no new game engine, crappy looking HUD, arcade handling... I'll stick with 23 for now. Literally paying full price for a game that you have 90% of already!
An F1 car has so much grip that it feels arcade 😂😂😂
