The message has come to me many times recently that the spirit guides and angels are always there to help, but that we need to ask for help. I've been working on remembering to consciously ask for help when needed. I'm taking your 7-day suggestion and put a note on the bathroom mirror to remind me to ask for help every morning.
Surrender is a big part of my path. I don't always know consciously what is going on with my life, but I have learned to trust the process. There are many times in my life where the direction from my highest self didn't make sense to me at that time, and sometimes seemed crazy. But at some point further down the path I could see the perfection of how things unfolded.

Same for me Dave! I actually love to surrender - I used to fight against it as a control freak but I realized it just brings anxiety and when I established a good relationship with my Divine Guides, things started unfolding without me freaking out about every small detail. My heart is usually wired to naturally ask now and be guided but even I sometimes go astray when there are too many things happening so I will do the same starting today and let’s all share at the end of the week ✨💪🌅

Hey Christina - Yes - the surrender part was a hard one for me to take initially. I used to think it's my life and my responsibility to take care of it. And I do still believe that, but in a more enlightened way. The idea of meditation as surrender was introduced to me and I was very resistant. But it was at a dark period in my life and I knew my way wasn't working. So I hesitantly started meditating with the idea of - I'll surrender to truth in life, whatever that may be. It has taken me to some amazing places. I still keep silent meditation a part of my daily practice to allow higher truth to guide me. That wisdom is coming from me, but from the part of me that is bigger than just me and is aligned with spirit.
This morning was interesting starting this out. My job has been a bit stressful lately - part of my path where I am trying to discover what the lesson is for me in this situation. I took my moment in the morning to ask for divine guidance. And the day went really smoothly. Some things that I thought would be tough turned out really well.
We can check in and compare notes at the end of the week. A bit of accountability is always good for me.
