I’m in Texas and my neighbor who has had a Trump flag outside since 2015 took it down last month and hasn’t replaced it. I’m hopeful.

My neighbor had a trump flag out front and didn't notice for a year that someone had turned it upside down. LOL. It was finally righted but eventually taken down. I kind of miss the upside-down version.
I live right on the SC border. There’s a stretch of highway right over the line that I used to call Confederate Mile. Almost every home absolutely plastered with Turnip paraphernalia.
About six months ago, most of the paraphernalia disappeared.
Last week, the last holdout took down all his banners and flags.

If I'm Biden, I offer (VERY publicly) to debate Trump on a stage that has two sound proof boxes that the candidates will stand in. The moderator asks a question, each candidate gets a minute to answer, and the second that minute is up, their mic is shut off. Everyone gets the same amount of time that way it doesn't matter is Trump won't stfu because nobody can hear him anyway. Bonus! You record the booths and sell the tape of Trump, talking to nobody, the entire time his mic is off. Hilarious.

I LIKE it - maybe 5 minutes though as long as the mike gets turned off.
I did have a nightmare about Trump debating Biden and every time Trump went off on some corrupt conspiracy tangent, Biden started laughing and bent over double when the laughter was so bad he couldn't stop.
Then Trump fumed and farted so bad it looked like a green cloud behind him. Biden ducked beneath his plexiglass podium to avoid the stench but still gagged.
Some goober next to me in the audience pulled a gun on Biden for laughing and I yelled GUN!
I pushed the man's gun arm towards the middle of the stage. He fired and it ignited the methane plume and Trump burst into flames.
There was pandemonium but Biden was helped off stage. People fled to the rear and I bonked the guy with the butt of his own gun and stuffed it in the front of his waist band so if it went off he'd blow up his own self.
Guards came to take him away and I told them I hadn't been able to find the safety. Be careful or it will blow his **** off.
I just wonder why he has such a hard time staying quiet he had no problem being quiet for 187 minutes on Jan 6

Back during the last administration I had 3 kids who couldn't find FULL TIME employment. It wasn't until AFTER Biden became president that my younger 3 sons were able to find full time jobs.

He is also the most experienced President in the history of our this entire nation in terms of how long he has governed on a National scale. How he was able to negotiate insulin prices to an affordable price for all, without the backing of the legislating branch, was genius.

Bob Casey is the very best ! He works so hard for our community, state and every person in PA. He's honest and he holds local meetings to inform us all about what's going on. He answers questions from the audience. He also replies to each bit of correspondence he receives. These town halls are very well attended. We all love him! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I know there are always differences between union members and union leadership, but I congratulate the head of the builders union for really calling out Trump who does not care about working people unless they give him scraps of their hard-earned money. He's disgusting. I hope more builders come around. Biden has done a lot for their industry -- more than any other president in my lifetime and I'm 52.
I think the lack of people showing up & caring about the trial speaks to a lack faith in our justice system. Why care about trials when judicial outcomes don’t really seem tied to guilt/innocence? I expected Trump to win 8 years ago (living in Michigan it seemed obvious) but I didn’t freak out bc I thought the judiciary branch would check & balance… boy was I wrong. He does crimes in public, he does crimes in private but with tons of evidence… and never held accountable.

Guys- I have been voting at least every 4 years since I turned 21. I was riveted watching every single moment of the Watergate Committee - At 77 I am completely exhausted by the entirety of the Trump saga. Over and over again for the last 8 years we have all been dragged through the stinking mud of the corruption that is this guy. Honestly - I cannot understand how anyone can still suspect that this deeply self absorbed criminal might ever be sent to jail (the logistics seem an impossible barrier) or be punished for his life of crime in any meaningful way. I only feel hopeless in the face of the 50/50 split among my fellow voters as it continues to be a threat to the America I would still like to believe in.

Trump also wants to get rid of the ACA or sometimes called Obama Care. I want that advertised constantly. We know he won’t come up with anything better it will go back to what we had before. Expensive health insurance like before, millions uninsured because they can’t afford it. The ACA has helped me a lot being self employed.
Agreed! The ACA also means your kids can stay on your insurance up til age 26, you can't be excluded from insurance for a pre-existing condition, and lots of preventive tests like mammograms are free.

Right now, George Stephanopoulos is the only host of the three Sunday morning shows who's actually doing his job at interviewing.
I remember standing in the grocery line in 2016 and the Enquirer had a featured pop place. It was so obvious (!) that rag was working for Trump that I complained to the management about it. To my surprise, sometime later, they started covering it with a vinyl shield. But it was quite obvious what the Enquirer was doing.
In 2016, I lived in a bungalow in the jungle in Hawaii (long story 😂). I remember the NI covers at the checkout line and thinking, "Seriously? WTF is going on here? Who ARE these candidates? Without having any internet, this cover was staring me right in the face! I didn't vote that election. 😢

I live in Colorado Springs, highly conservative military town with militant evangelical base here. I have yet to see a Trump bumper sticker, and the Trump/Pence stickers are gone now. I think Trump lost the evangelicals because they don't need him anymore. Roe vs Wade was overturned. Some of them may have discovered the severe problems that poses for women and their healthcare, however, perhaps their consciences caught up with them as well. They had to bend over pretty far from basic Christian principles to vote for that man in the first place.
People are not talking about it because you never know who next to you who might start defending him radically!

I think he’s going to walk on everything. I think that he will be found guilty in NY but only on the lesser misdemeanor charge. I think the Supreme Court finds a way to give him immunity only on the specific things he was charged with, in DC. I think Cannon finds a was to dismiss the documents charges. I’m not sure how it will happen in Georgia but I have no faith in our judicial system. There are too many higher court justices with zero integrity who are willing to do Trump favors. It’s depressing but this is how I expect all of this to play out

IF you show the trial, it enables the Bill Mahers of this world. Stewart's critique of the media was pretty solid. George is great and is speaking the truth about media adaptation. We don't always get it right.
I think Trump’s appeal is waning because the more he talks the more he reveals his true self. Also, people are seeing themselves as the people interviewed at his rallies and they don’t like what they see. There’s an emerging awareness that he cares only for himself. They are slowly backing out of the room and closing the door something like a permission structure to quietly walk away.

We need to have ONE DAY for Primary Day. All states vote on the SAME day. Enough.
Neither party wants a day off for voters. Unfortunately, the people who need the day off the most are the poorest people, both parties don't want them as they tend to vote to the left and against the interest of the donor class. By making sure only those who can afford to vote do so is a poll tax that makes sure that middle-class & the upper class interests are primary to the voting, public and working class people are an afterthought with a diminished power despite overwhelming numbers.

The most successful interview I can see with Donald Trump is one where you allow him to get comfortable saying the quiet part out loud and admitting to crimes on the record.
He only defends and pivots when he gets the sense that the interviewer thinks what he's doing is wrong. So then allow him to say what he really did or wants to do, without judgement, and publish it afterward.

I personally would love to see anything for our lowest earnings to get something. We've had prescriptions, but that only REALLY matters if you have insurance. There has been lots of changes, but as a non driver in a small town, my rent is going into a property neglected by the owners and my allergies and health needs eat up the remainder of my paycheck. We've done very little about monopolies. All the changes haven't reached the bottom for any positive change to occur.
