Yes you can use all these chemicals if you are facing hard water , but you needs to keep checking the PH level of your Washing Powder and must keep it between 8 to 10

UT base powder has the only one function in washing powder and that is to increase the Mass of washing powder , it is only known with this name. It is a very light weight powder because of which the mass of washing powder increase from low to high and the washing powder looks more than its weight. It has no chemical function in washing powder. You can ignore it if the mass of washing powder is what you want.

This formulation is for 5 kg quantity, first convert it to 1 kg and then multiply it with 50 you will get the quantity required for 50 kg of formulation

Thank you very much. Yes you can use CMC instead of Sodium Silicate if Cost is not an issue , and for best results let sulfonic react with Soda ash so that both the chemicals get neutralized .

I tried the formulation. I didn't get UT base powder. I added 500 g sodium sulfate in place of the UT base powder. I added half milk cup of hydrogen peroxide as TSP and STPP are prohibited for use in detergent for use in Nigeria. The detergent foams well but the appearance has wet balls. It needs to be dried. I dried for some hours but the wet balls are still in it. It foams quite well but not very foamy. I calculated the formulation to make 10kg. What didn't I do right that I didn't get a better foam and i got a rough, wet texture? It cost me 170.45 rupees for a kg. The cost was high. Please what went wrong with mine?

If you dont find Urea you can add half the quantity of Urea as mentioned in the formulation with Vinegar. Or replace the quantity of urea with Sodium bi Carbonate (baking soda)

Nobody will prepare this formula in his house for domestic use unless he is a tech savy. Everybody is looking forward for commercial use. Commercial products are made with the idea of beating the others with better quality and lower cost. If you don't tell the cost, then how can people produce it commercially?

Good suggestion and thank you very much for your time and interest, actually i dont discuss the cost of my formulation because chemicals prices are not same in every city , so then people will think i am telling them the wrong costing. If some one is interested to start a business or want to calculate the cost he can easily calculate it according to his local market cost of chemicals.
