Its the Khans, Khannas, Kapoors, and Punjabis like Akshay Kumar, Shahed Kapoor, Dhawan, or Sidharth Malhotra who have money and power. Even hero character names in Bollywood are Malhotra, Chopra, etc - while female character names are Mukherjee, Kulkarni, etc.
