So how does someone treat this? How does one treat blocked sinuses that keep waking them up? My doctor was not helpful. He doesn't want to let me try CPAP unless he can prove it with a test. He doesn't seem to know how to treat blocked sinuses. I keep waking up due to block sinuses and occasionally my throat seals up. This triggers a massive freeze response/anxiety that lasts throughout the day making exercise and digestion very difficult.

Hey vik veer, i have been diagnosied with uars at 19, was at 30 rera's/hour.
My question is how much symptoms i can get at 30 rera's/hour ? Explainations given on internet for osa symptoms doesnt seem to collerate with uars symptoms.
