Arizona girl here. Getting into a pool, that is enclosed or limited ventilation, while being over 100 degrees during the day, it’s like getting into a jacuzzi inside a sauna!!! Not the one to do EVER ok. Plus you are fully clothed, over your head, neck, and ears. That will fit sure lead to a medical emergency! Saunas put that warning and so do hot tubs. AND not to be offensive, but with a pre existing medical condition and a larger weight, omg for sure you are at risk for a heat stroke or even worse. And it can happen fast and suddenly! Please, just don’t do that again. Oh and I think you said it’s salt water!! That is very thick/ dense fir the holding heat too. I think people forget it was getting that daytime temp in there, keeping it. They might treat the water with chemicals too keep it clean as well. Just avoid that. Out there, you gotta have an open air pool, I mean in that type of heat omg.
Keep cool, drink cool drinks, and chew it such on some ice! Salah!! You can’t take your wife fully clothed in that heat trap again, please!😢🙏
I wonder if there are any places out there that have indoor temp controlled pools? I bet there are some kept very cool. Poor Chantal, girl you were at risk and smart to get the heck out of there. Very very dangerous. 😂 hey, living in the desert ain’t easy! It might be beautiful, but I compare it to holding a blow dryer on every part of your body when you step out in the summer. 😅
I want to add too, for anyone, the first signs of heat stroke or sickness is feeling nauseous, dizziness, heaviness and suddenly tired or fatigue.

You do know that exercise increases glucose release into the bloodstream. Your sugars will drop after exercise (as your muscles recover) over minutes, hours or days depending on the amount of exercise.
Not ideal to do unsupervised exercise when sugars are high.

Girl, I’d be hiding out all summer in that temperature. I want to pass out just thinking of it. I have heat intolerance to the max, I feel for you!!🖤 is it humid there too?

The temp here (UK) has been mostly 17-19 degrees a lot of the time, outside. Got to about 25 degrees a couple of times. It's a bad summer this year. We need to do an exchange of some of the heat/cold. Seriously though, I'm glad you're ok....wondered what had happened when I saw the title. Be extremely careful 🩷
