- Different parkrun venue again this morning I caught the train into central London and ran to the start of the parkrun also after I did a little tour of Tower Bridge back via Southwark Bridge

Another belter of a video, what a difference a bit of blue sky makes as well.👍
Thank you appreciate the kind comment!!
Really interesting journey through London to and from this parkrun. I really like the way you mix your own family's roots in the area with wider social changes (yes I can remember the Midland Bank). When a parkrun gets over about 400 it becomes a different entity, as you found out at the start of that one. Great time though, considering. I think (hope) I'm rounding into sub 21 5k shape again. Will test that theory soon.
Good stuff - liked the tour of London. Like the content - so many runners are just shoe reviewers, you’re finding a niche
Thank you for the feedback back much appreciated !!
Keep up the great content! Glad to help you find the start :-)
Thanks, Aidan and good luck with your Marathon Training and brilliant time Saturday!!
Nice video - really enjoyed that run. Keep up the great content 👍
Thank you for the good review!!
Nice video, and a good effort at Burgess. I did Southwark where it was similarly chaotic in places!
Thank you I was told after that the best place to start is on the right by the tennis courts as it bottlenecks from the other side
@@inmruns Yeah - best thing to do is get to the start line late (so do some strides and leg swings in the meantime while waiting for everyone to assemble) and join in from the front. A guy of your ability should be around the front couple of rows alongside the tennis courts side.
