It all just rings true like a bell. I've known it in my soul all along, I think we all do and hearing it from others like you is validating and encouraging, like yah, these people know it too! I will say that since I semi-retired, I have more time to spend on the things I want to do and one of those is to help my neighbors, most of whom are older adults, when they need help. Sometimes the simplest thing is difficult for them to do. I get great reward out of being someone they know they can call on. Sometimes they insist on paying or giving me a gift card but I never ask. The favor I did them was its own reward.

Dear friend. I struggled with mental health for more then 10 years between my 12 and 22 - when I really noticed smth is wrong and started do do smth about it. I cannot really explain how much more aware those experiences made me. It was hell though... but it was worth it. Again I am heading a good direction and you will too :) Best of luck.

We lost a friend of our daughters who we treated like a daughter. She got mixed up with the wrong partner, one who had tolerance and she paid with her life at 28..
I retired as parole officer, I have also worked in all levels of custody with Inmates who have suffered all their lives being sexualy abused and physically abuse by family members, many had spent 80% of their lives locked up in prison many were severely mentally ill and represent threat to themselves and others. Most have never experienced love and have no good memories to draw upon. Baicly their live from their earliest memories have been a very literal hell. And I have always wondered why would anyone would want to be born into such a hellish existence.
It's so awesome that many of these prisons are now allowing inmates to care for animals and make that kind of unconditional connection. It's like retraining their emotions, thoughts, and moral instincts. All rehabilitative facilities should have that available. Animals are so much easier to connect with and we still have SO much to learn from them. It's hard for me to believe we "choose" lives that specific, who knows. I do know that kind of suffering takes place because of "all of us" - our inaction, our apathy, our ignorance, our selfishness, our greed, collectively. We have the ability to reduce that suffering dramatically, almost end it, if we choose to. But we do not, and people in power we give more power to, enable it to continue.
Mental illness doesn't exist we are all animals who suffer to no end plus older flesh has always loved younger flesh it's part of our animalistic nature it doesn't last forever but pain suffering filth disease and hunger last for eternity.
From what I understand, it can also be punishment for what you did in your past life. Karma. Needs to be balanced.

God's name is YHWH . As you can see there are no vowels. His name is like breathing...Yah in ..W(h)ay out ,so when we breathe we say his name. So we say his name all day long whether we want to or not, atheists included. 😊
In ancient times they used pictograph as well as the alphabet. In pictograph the Divine name YHWH means literally Behold the Hand, Behold the Nail. ... i remember not smoking cigarettes for a whole month day 30 i was very happy the moment i started smoking a cigarette again it was like all the joy and happiness left me.
God sends us all to these types of channels now. Our collective awareness is getting way stronger now and we are getting onto a higher level of consciousness. Soon the sleepers will find out that our soul never dies and there is one God The Creator.
As a NDE experiencer also, I really loved your story and presence. My at six years old NDE lead to a lifetime of the thin veil. You have done your opening up very well. I think many of us know what we need to do to have a baseline of health. We don’t lack education. We lack money. Period. We are dying slowly from poverty.
Completely understand I have covered California insurance. My deductible is $7000 and when you’re on Social Security retirement, it’s the same thing as not having any insurance. I had to stop all treatments for congestive heart failure January 1 because of the deductible.

I am 69 years old and had my out-of-body experience when I was 33 years old - it changed my life and I feel so blessed for this extraordinary experience. Your story reinforces what I learned and practice. My reike practice is my meditation. You say 'contract'...I express the same sentiment as 'obligation' - I understand that my personal journey, my obligation, is to learn and do better. I've been feeling unsettled with our global shift toward populist government, the opposite path toward love and compassion and elevated growth. Your story was a warm hug, I need that!
And I love that you admit to not having all the answers! I too have much to speculate about. I do know that I experienced myself outside of my body, as pure energy, and that energy does not die - the power of it was amazing! What happens beyond that, I don't know. But I did treasure my body as a vessel for my soul after my out-or-body experience - I quit smoking and continued my lifelong commitment to exercise, a plant based diet, and volunteered my Reike practice to humans and animals in need. You give me comfort in knowing we are a community of good.
I worked in cath labs, a fellow engineer died from factor 5 clotting, after 42 minutes he was revived. He is an anomaly to say the least. Privately he said he got sent back. They told him the more you suffer on earth. The greater the degree of joy for you on the other side. However, I feel the earth is not a good place. It seems designed for suffering. The animals, insects, birds, fish in the sea, they all eat each other. And so do we. The physical condition of starvation is excruciating. The disease. The natural disasters. To deny that the animals as well as us right along with them, suffer, is to ignore the facts. I don't even count what we do to each other, because the earth makes you do bad things, and creates the fear of these bad things that cause fellow man to do much of it. It's almost as if everyone seems programmed to ignore all these facts, and keep saying God or source has our best interests in mind. I think nature just wants us to procreate for the pure reason of making more of us. I know these things are hard to swallow. But wake up. It's apparent in front of your face. My friend said he almost forgot who he was on the other side. He said he knew he had a wife and family but they were like a distant dream. The bliss made him unable to consider the situation from a rational standpoint, because he couldn't think a negative thought, even though he tried. And he was spoken to by entities that had no form. He feels he was tricked back. He wouldn't do it if he knew how bad it would be. But he did know. It was just that the bliss made him unable to. He regrets being back here. But really, don't they all? After being back, they all say the same thing. I shouldn't have come back.
Wow. That's amazing. And yes. Earth is hell. Literally hell. People are brain washed here. They are programmed to work hard. Everything in here we have to work for food, housing, water. These things should be free, so yes this is hell.
Edit: actually people in the earth are programmed about everything not just working hard.. I have to go to work, I have to get a boyfriend/girlfriend, I have to have kids, I have to keep talking to my family even though they are toxic, I have to make this much money or else I'm a loser etc.. it's all a program.. and when you're deeply attached to these programs, that's where your suffering comes in..

Isabella Greene's videos deal with this trickery in detail. Especially with regards to that profound love bomb that initially overwhelms us on the other side. She believes we're in some kind of trap but that there's a way out. I not convinced there's a way out. I'm not even convinced we're sovereign beings at our core. We may well have been designed expressly for the purpose of benefiting these "higher" beings. But even amidst all the misery in this realm, there are always small joys to be had (if you can cultivate the habit of looking).

Yeah, it’s like a story. As an author I write the saddest most dramatic stories. But that is what I thrive for. Giving the worst life to my character for him/her to then reach her/his greatest strength and finally happiness from the little things in life.

when i hear people say that we should spread love, and that some people choose hate and that it's easy to hate when suffering happens, i feel so angry. this message echoes messages of being told "if people constantly hurt you and violate you, you do not have a right to feel angry" and "your anger and feeling hurt is invalid and has no worth" and "if people are hurtful, violating, self-centred, then you are wrong to feel angry. you are supposed to have a high vibration and spread love. you are not supposed to feel angry and hurt. stop being a victim. you are supposed to change your thinking and raise your vibration" etc.
these kinds of messages are basically the only messages i've gotten from people: from society, even from therapists. i almost never hear messages of people saying "your anger and your so-called 'low-vibrational feelings' have meaning and worth".
I have felt alot of angry after emotional abuse I have suffered from my nearest family. I have allowed myself to feel that anger, totally. After the anger I allowed myself to feel the sorrow, the fear, the abandonment etc. I still have feelings like anger, but it is futher apart, and it has slowly been replaced with love and compassion. Do not let other tell you what to feel, if you are interessted look for podcasts that are about "feeling to healing" Sending Love❤

That is, because with hate and anger you only hurt yourself. You only make your life harder than it has to be. So even if it’s ok to not be ok. Dwelling in victim mindset will only ever break your soul.
Like a novel here on earth, adversity creates a narrative in which the main character (you) can star. Therefore the worth of your feelings is immense and immeasurable, whatever form they may take. The “novel” you are “writing” is about the journey of your soul, from living in flesh as a human (a false you) to living in flesh as spirit (your authentic true being). This is potentially a very long story, perhaps thousands of lives.

Knowing now that life is a choice planned out before we arrive upon this Earthly plain, I often wondered 'What in the heck was I thinking" when I agreed to all the suffering I had to endure in this life up till now. Some of it just barely bearable in those moments of pain and discomfort. Now with that said I really hope I have learned and will have learned much when I return "home".

Animals have souls as we do . They have the same routine of life and death as we do.
I'm really thankful for videos like this. They give me hope. I subscribed to the idea of if you lived your life well you'd nothing to worry about and if there was nothing then there was nothing to worry about.
But a couple years ago in a dream with some of my sleep aponea I felt myself dreaming the end and of course I woke up with the brain not able to comprehend non existence. But I was now I panic that it finally dawned on me that nothing was nothing. Not darkness, not silence. Maybe not even absence of anything. It was unimaginable and this feeling haunts me.
These videos of encounters at least give me hope that the move to whatever might not be so bad.
Pain is a result of wrong thinking, error in thinking. Pain results from a judgment you made about a thing, remove the judgment and the pain disappears. First thought, original thought = original sin.

Thanks for the video my friend. It is an excellent dive into life and death that is slightly different from other NDE's in the analysis. Same type of outcome but analyzed in a clearer way. Also thanks for mentioning psychedelics. I have never had an NDE but many psychedelic experiences and, although not as enforcing as an NDE , have helped me see some of these simple truths in life as a sincere seeker. Love and Light are always the central theme.

Okay, so from what I am learning in regards to our souls journey here on Earth is that we come here for growth, to learn...but I wish someone would explain to me what the souls of child abusers, rapists and murderers actually learn and grow from? I understand that everyone gets a pass and there is no such thing as Hell, no judgement and no punishment for even the most evil of acts, but am I the only one who finds this a bit galling? That the most evil among us get to unleash absolute terror upon the innocent and it's quite okay because these innocents actually asked for it? Is that the accepted reason? In what universe is it okay to allow souls to come here for the purpose of hurting and terrorising? Does anyone have an answer? I'll wait...
Usually those born into the extreme terrible experiences, are those that had been the perpetrator in a past life and experiencing what they once dished out in a previous life. Karma is sometimes not within the same life. From a macro standpoint the soul thirsts for all elements of experience as we are all creator beings experiencing singularity as “you me him her” and this is often too difficult for most to understand especially during times of trauma anxiety and depression. Being here breathing in and out is still contributing to the soul growth and divine source discovering more about duality as the dark understands the light but the light doesn’t understand the dark. The vibration is far too low for light to perceive. The souls that experiences the worst of the worst here on earth are celebrated on return. Remember that death to us here in human form is a traumatic experience especially losing others. But from the higher macro level and perspective it is a time of awesome transition. Many report that they observe themselves in their nde not having negative emotions or fears about their mortal outcome. Interesting indeed! However it is understandable that it is difficult to understand this from our human level. I having experienced one of the worst traumas in human experience having an nde surviving the impossible can say this with conviction as i too have been the observer of my own self outside of my body. Quick bullshit detector, feel information through your heart and not your mind. The heart always knows truth. The heart is the portal to divine source. Some call it the heart mind. Vs the human mind. And the gnostic christians as Marcion of Rome believed into the malevolent Demiurge that ruled that lower plane of reality 🤔
It seems we are kinda of fooled and lured back in this lifetime.
I do have memories of 4 possible negative past lifes from the 17th century in Nouvelle France in Canada actual province of Quebec.
To being involve in the Independance war as a French officer who left Nouvelle France after British Conquest of 1759 🤷♂️
Then one lifetime into Secession War on the North side, but ending up as helping the Native on the Western frontier in the late 1870's and being killed.
And two other lifes. One before WW1 and dying in a shipwreck.
And a last one as resistants to the nazi monsters in Europe during WW2.
We were all killed as reprisal for having helped out French Jewish people and French resistants as well.
So what is the use of all this at the end 🤔
Because the soul is created by god like the body. And this god likes the suffering. When we learn that we are spirits trapped in a body and a soul, then we understand that we dont have to reincarnate again and we wont suffer anymore
