Both epic, not just because of Jari, but also the overall history and direction/taste of each band ... Ensiferum's Iron is nothing like Wintersun's Beyond The Dark sun, yet both can be deeply appreciated by the same person! (me :D)

Listening to this I just can't comprehend the thought.. 99.9% musicians, having this material, in their hands would release it after it's being recorded. Jari on the other hand was sitting on this stuff for (just think about it) nearly 20-30 years. Mind blowing. Another great song I feel I needed for the past 20 years in my life.
Now was the perfect TIME to release it! 😀

When I heard The Dragon Song I knew the fantasy metal project would be my favourite, now with this song, I raise my sword and slay hordes of enemies. Feels like I am 12 y old again!

This is not only the best of the early demos we are yet to hear, this might also be one of the best songs I have heard in a long while and possibly one of the best songs of the year. If the rest of the fantasy metal project has this quaility I'm so excited to hear more. Wow, just wow!

Jari, I genuinely think that you're alien that dwells among us - I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. Not only are you capable of creating such awesome music like this that's better than 99.99% of literally anything everyone else is putting out (and if I'm totally honest, I prefer this song to a decent amount of Wintersun material and I've only heard it twice), but you're seemingly happy to keep it unreleased for decades when I'd be leaping out to promote this everywhere as soon as I possibly could if it were me who wrote this. I simply cannot fathom the way in which your brain works. I'm in awe, and confused, and hyped up all at once. No other band but Wintersun can elicit such a wide range of emotions in someone. If this is what awaits on the fantasy metal project, I am SO ready. I've been looking forward to Time II (or Time, as it was back then) ever since 2010 when I first discovered Wintersun - I first found out about this fantasy metal project a few weeks ago, and I think I'm now already more excited for that than for anything else. You are a legend Jari.

The previous songs may have had some subtle Ensiferum vibes, but this truly sounds like a track that could've been released on one of the first 2 Ensiferum albums. And I wouldn't be surprised if someone would tell me "you just missed that track all these years".
