At 4:28 you can see her character break for a split second when tony tells her she brought macaroons but then she comes right back on track to being the mean, cruel mother she was. This is even confirmed in a later scene where she asks him to take the macaroons away but leave some "for the lunatics" and then eyes them the entire time while Tony is pouring them onto the tray. Amazing acting.

2:09-2:11 is such a masterclass of acting and directing! Love how this scene feels so real as they all just stare at Tony in varying states of confusion and/or horror before reacting! Most movies/TV shows have characters instantly react when another one falls down, faints, etc. but this is like real life where it takes a few seconds to process and then move. I also love how Livia continues to try and bring the attention back to her even as Tony is laying on the floor, acting all overdramatic lol! Also, at 9:40 when she complains about Junior not knocking--"I could've been in the nude!"--I think it would have been hilarious if Junior responded, "Yeah, just like in the old days."
