Summer suns are glowing - Chris Lawton at the Eminent digital church organ

Yesterday I got invited to play this digital church organ built by Eminent in the home of a widow whose husband had passed away at the start of 2023. He had purchased the organ about 11 years ago and the organ had not been played much since his passing. So it was quite emotional - and an honour - to be told that hearing the organ being played again gave her a lot of joy and comfort.
I am playing the hymn "Summer suns are glowing" to the tune 'Ruth' from the Methodist hymn book 'Hymns and Psalms'. This hymn is one of my personal favourites and is special to me in the respect that it was the first hymn I played when I played for a church service for the first time aged 16.
