Hello, I also have the Hikvision 4500 HD and I have been unable to use my away and wifi features on my iphone and ipad. It was working perfectly until I had an electrical outage. I watch your part 1 and I am unable to find part 2. The person who set this up is MIA so I can’t go to him. Please help.
please after doing the normal setup and scanning the bar code to add the device it works perfectly but if i leave the environment with data on my phone it stops showing what ca i do???

Hi I tried this using HIK CONNECT and IVMS4500 app, I unable to add my NVR no the app after entering the verification of it prompt "operating failed" what could be the problem?
How do you know how many megapixels your camera is? Think it's 3. Guess I would have to locate manual, huh, or is there some other way to find out on the computer? Also, what causes frames to skip? I mean you see a person, and then the next second they are in the next yard type of thing and you can't see them walking there.

hi i was using IVMS-4500 and using DHCP ENABLE in the DVR and try it to remote using diffrent Internet access provider why it cannot view?
