- We're back at Knott's Berry Farm for our one day layover while we're on our way to Australia! Its a weekday in February and there is absolutely no one in the park. This means walk on Ghostrider! It's also a perfect day for Sarah to experience all the rides she missed her first time around after she wasn't feeling so great.

I love this park, it’s so well-rounded. It has good thrill rides but also some good dark rides and superb theming in the ghost town section.
Basically the perfect balance between Magic Mountain and Disneyland, all of which are in the same metro area

I'm going to Knott's & Six Flags Magic Mountain next month! I'm so excited that Sarah made a redemption visit to KBF!
Ghostrider was my first wooden coaster as an enthusiast from a continent with no wooden coasters and its so amazing
So glad Sarah got to actually experience my home park this time! I love this park so much! It has so much charming history and it’s just an amazing place to be. Ghostrider will forever be my number 1
Ghostrider so good! A ride I've done 15 times in one day and then also have waited 2.5 hours for one ride on another day. That queue can be a brutal wait, or hit it on the right day and could be a walk on for most of the day!
You missed out on Sierra Sidewinder at Knotts! It's surprisingly fun and forceful despite it being a family attraction and in Camp Snoopy.
We did ride it we just didn’t vlog about it

I hit the back of my head on that ride, I was also very disoriented, I am not a fan of free spinning rides

I was there in October of last year too lol we took my mom for her 95th birthday.we as a family knew Walter and Cordelia as real family friends.
Silver Bullet gets waaayy too much hate. yes the first drop is comically shallow, but I still get a nice pull and mild stomach drop towards the back. the ride may not be as “rip your face off” intense as other inverts but still includes several very powerful elements. the layout has a great flow with excellent pacing, with the waveturn and zero-g roll being the highlights. the more graceful nature of the ride gives an incredible flying sensation unlike other inverts that continually crush you with positive G’s. and personally I find that makes for a much more re-rideable coaster. for me, it’s the 2nd best ride in the park behind Ghostrider!
I used to hate it because it made me so nauseous after getting off but my other rides made me release this ride was very underrated, I still hate the first drop and I think it’s the worst first drop I have experienced but it’s an invert and it isn’t designed for airtime but the floater overbank after the loop and the dip after the first corkscrew gave me sustained and strong airtime, not the strongest but hey, at least it ended up having more sustained and strong airtime than Hangtime! (I know I’m gonna get attacked but I just think Hangtime is very overrated and I didn’t feel very strong airtime but I still felt it.)
I love the "Linus and Lucy" playing in the background as you left the park!

GREAT VLOG!! Glad You guys enjoyed this visit better than last time! As a Scare Actor during Scary Farm and Ride-Operator in Fiesta Village, I enjoy seeing construction progress! However, the walls condense pathways, causing us to use Emergency Exit's as Temporary Entrances! "All Clear, Dispatch" ^_^

Speaking of Crdar Fair parks, I was just at Kings Island on May 5th of this year, and I rode The Beast twice, the 2nd time in the front! Highly recommended that!!

Unfortunately Rufus 🐓 went missing 5 months ago. Various stories floating around about him. It was pretty cool seeing him walk around as the unofficial mascot of The Farm

Rufus is a VERY cool mellow rooster who tends to hang out around the Mrs Knotts restaurant

Cool! I like Sarah's reaction of going to Knott's Berry Farm and visit the restaurants! I also loved that they have picture boards of Peanuts characters in it! I wish I can visit there, but maybe in the future!
Just flew over from canada on my moose, im so hyped for the two parks.
I went to Knott’s January and I got on everything I could. Ghostrider was amazing (my #2!) Hangtime impressed me, except that it was a bit rattley. I really enjoyed Silver Bullet (my favorite invert, and the only invert I’ve ridden other than a Batman clone) and Sierra Sidewinder was awesome. Jaguar was boring, and Pony Express was very short. Knott’s is definitely my favorite theme park, better than Fiesta Texas and Silver Dollar City. Great vlog! (Taylor, take Sarah to SDC, she needs to experience the long......amazing.....Wildfire! 😂)

Knotts is the perfectly balanced theme park
I love going to Knotts on a Tuesday-Thrusday when schools are in session...so empty...its amazing! Especially in October during Scary Farm...daytime visits during the week, are so...dead!
Having Disneyland, Knotts and Magic Mountain as my Home Parks my whole life...Didnt renew my Magic Key and do not care, Kept my Cedar Fair Platinum pass and have Platinum Membership still to Six Flags...Knotts is the best of the three hands down...better balance of attractions, more chill of a day usually. cheaper prices and better food!
Would love to got to knotts! I’m on the east coast so it would be hard for me to get there. Ghostrider looks amazing!
The unique thing about Knott's Merry Farm is the Snoopy on Ice show - it's the same one they have been doing for a really long time, but it still draws crowds and people seem to enjoy it. The actual park decorations are nice but nothing like Disney.

I used to visit the park twice a week after work. Knott's was always very empty during the school week. Next year in 2025, Jaguar will be turning 30 years old. I remember when the ride first opened, that was my first roller coaster. My first looping coaster was 1997's Windjammer Surf Racers. HangTime was really great replacement for 1990's Boomerang, it's everything that Windjammer should have been and it's Cobra Roll pay homage to Boomerang. After a three year wait, Montezuma's Revenge will finally be coming home in a new form n 2025. The ride was supposed to open last year, but I think they delayed it another two years in order to open the new Camp Snoopy this year. During its third year at the park, 2013's Coast Rider became a joke with those shin guards, after that kid tried to get off the ride before into the station.

I went to Knott's Berry Farm back in January! My brother and I thought "Supreme Scream" was a pretty funny name for that ride so we decided to call it "The Big AAAAAH"
Hi hello to the coster studios friends how are you guys doing. Wow oh my goodness i can't believe that you guys were at notts berry farm because me and my family was just there not to long ago this was back in 2018 my it was my first time going my aunt told me there have a lot of rides there then other Parks and it's bigger than other Parks i was like wow oh my goodness i didn't know that. my favorite ride there was the jag wore ride that was so much fun to ride i got on it two times and we also got on the spending top ride that goes up and down.
Could barely breathe by the end of pony express, and not cause it was intense. Those restraints are brutal
Those friends that think GhostRider is better in the front seem pretty smart

The real question is if you went to Mrs. Knotts Chicken Restaurant? Too bad the diarrhea coaster is down and getting a retheme. Sucks too that they are getting rid of the flywheel launch. Now only Niagara Park will have one. ACE should relocate the plaque from Montazoomas Revenge up to Niagara since its still an original ride.
So I’m going to Cali and have the option to go to either knotts or magic mountain and im trying to figure out which park I want to visit more. Any help would be appreciated

Accelerator is still closed? I went right after Christmas and it was closed to what a bummer
That was part of the reason I didn’t go to knotts when I was there after christmas. The lines are brutal and if a ride is closed the lines are longer
They are I think I waited 2 hours+ just to ride hangtime
i was here last april, Ghostrider, Montezuma, and Xcelerator all closed ;-;
I went to knotts berry farm in a busy day ghost rider was running one car and fast lane was 40+ minutes
When are y'all getting to Fiesta Texas(obviously not now), because they opened Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger last year.

"All the rides with no lines..." Xcelerator" is laughing. Wow, Intamin is a fantastic company, but my God do their rides shut down for long periods of time.
What in God's name is going on with Xcelerator? Are they working on the launch? That is such a fun ride, but it has been out for several MONTHS.
Any news on when it might re-open? What is Cedar Fair doing with this ride. Poor Sarah is left hangin (pun intended) again. Are they re-tracking the entire ride? I didn't know Xcelerator had become such a major issue.

The only reason Ghost rider is still as smooth as it was after refurbishment is because it’s running such slow operations. Lines that were 45min near original opening are up to 2hrs now. Run your stats but that’s my experience. As a resident and pass holder since about 2000. The opps as of my last year of holding a pass have been rough. No Xcellerator…..supreme scream was down for a while, timber mountain log ride was closed refurb for a while……montezoomad recenge is being redone……so it’s been lame man. Pony express is literally a one trick pony, silver billet is loosing its flare, mainstay rides are closed, flat rides are running poor ops….for the amount of people this small property draws, everything should be running max opp. Unless otherwise. Whereas they’re running min opp as a standard.
But did you both ride the shin-damaging Coast Rider? 😂
