Nice! Lots of good amenities for the money. Can't believe sales aren't better. It shows how poor the urge to spend money is right now among the boomers. This should be one of the first projects to take off when the music starts again in this market.

We've had a slow market here as the area is a lifestyle community and most people lack spendable cash. We've recently had a resurgance of interest as well as sales so the future is promising. Great opportunity today with very low prices :)

Hmmm, all lots are a slab with power, water, and sewer. Nice grass and each one has a tree or two but so similar that photos wouldn't be anything special. Current owners have done a lot to make there's special so the "neighborhood" certainly has character!

The lakes are in the southeast corner outside the RV park. Go south past the park entrance and turn left at the south wall. Due east Long the fence line takes you to the entrance.
