Tim, I can't thank you enough. I am currently working on 2 pump panels at either end of an electroplating factory, running MODBUS to run the Eaton drives but require alarm signals between the 2 micro 820 PLC's. This will help no end. Long time subscriber.

I would need to revisit that but I don't believe I found a way to do this when I was playing with it. That was a revision ago so it may have been added.

im going to have to ask, do i need to write a msg from the donor plc?
i would assume not as we have gotten two donor sites, without any msg code, to work with one read site.
but when i mimic the code i can not for the life of me get anything to work whether i use a write rung or not.
i would also assume not because this video doesnt have a write from what i saw.

The PLC that you are reading from only needs the exact tag name

I was hoping they would add produced and consumed tags but as of now, no.
