- Composed in C# with an A 432Hz master tuning to be in alignment with the resonant frequency of the Earth. Earth Tribe Trance is the latest creation in a series of downtempo tribal ambient musical immersions. Shamanic drumming and a steady modern dance kick along with vocal chants, flutes, chimes, didgeridoo, modern synths and nature soundscape elements. Many layers of music woven together into a harmonious whole. The music is great for movement or stillness. It can be seen as dark or light according to the listener and it's applications are many such as for sound healing, meditation, dance, shamanic work, background, motivation, empowerment or simply enjoyment. You're going to be frustrated. This recording is set to where the pitch A = 432Hz, while nearly all modern NAF's are tuned to A440. The irony, of course, being that the flute the modern NAF is most closely derived from uses the maker/player's anatomy to determine its root pitch, not a precise frequency.
@@crazyquilt yes, is true. Work arounds for me when I use a flute in 440 on a 432 track is altering technique as there can be a pitch range with breath and temperatures. I remember my friend was recording on a 432 album and he put his flute in the freezer for a few minutes.
@@INFINITYREALM I did find in fact the a flute only had a couple useable notes so you are correct. So...after trying several different keys of flutes, call me crazy if you want, found that with a D sharp minor flute, all notes but the traditional low note worked rather well for freestyle quick or slow improv playing. Of you have a NAF D' try it out....
