This is my 7th Deep Car Chats video and it's just a brief life update on what's going on at the moment!
I always forget how crazy my life is until I see my therapist or make a video about it! haha! I literally see my therapist monthly and everytime she's like wow you always have a lot that's happened and part of that is because I'm working really hard on my health so I always have updates but also, life is harrrrrd right now! haha!

Hi Lauren, thanks for watching! So I use heat to ease the pain as much as I can and I try to take paracetamol before it happens so it takes the edge of it being debilitating but otherwise its just a case of distraction and comfort! 😅 Xx
