I've seen Miku maybe a dozen times and the only constant is guitarist Ogawa. Everyone else changes for every gig. Yes, Tokyo jazz musicians are good enough to do that. Notice that they all are reading sheet music. I bet they don't rehearse. Maybe they run through the tricky parts before the show. Who else you got on sax please?

I don’t think it’s the sound of the snare that concerns you so much - I think your main concern is to show off the superior knowledge that you imagine yourself to have. Show us the gigs you’ve played at, or done sound reinforcement at - if you have any credibility in this matter. Or at least you could learn how to spell “tuning” if it’s really that important to you.
Miku plays that sax like she was born with it in her hands. She is terrific! ❤❤
There are so many, wonderful enthusiastic musicians, and this Lady is a fine example her work with Jazz Avengers is well worth a visit.

Mr.Kelly’s にも来てたんだ…前から上手かったんですね……バンド編成のLiveでも、海外の有名どころの曲で一曲ぐらいスラップタンギングのアレンジいれるの許されるだろうし、オーディエンスうけ良いと思いますよ。
この時は、ブレッカーよりボブ・バーグに近いコブシ感がありますね。
現在は、もっと進化されてる事でしょうね。
