I love Jon's tone. So it's cool seeing what goes into it. I'm trying to find a similar video or anything with Chris' setup for the bass also. Because I love his bass tone equally. Super fuzzy but with lots of punch. I can't find anything on his stuff so it's still a mystery to me. Haha. I'd like to see a video just like this for his gear.
It’s said that Kurt used an MXR Phase 100 on Curmudgeon 👀 but he did use the Polychorus a lot on In Utero as well! Funny the Phase 100 is on the board too lol
Jon’s accent is joyful... when his larynx was developing it clearly had a switch put into the effects loop - Serenity / Grief.
