*Pickles Carrot & Daikon ( 3 Hours In the fridge)
1 Cup Daikon
1 Cup Carrot
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
*Bitter Melon Soup:
3 Quarts Water
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
6 Pieces Chicken Thighs
1 Bitter Melon
*Marinate Chicken : (3-5 Hours)
10 Pieces Chicken Thighs
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Fresh Ginger
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Chopped Lemongrass
*Sausage Chicken Egg
1.5 Lbs Ground Chicken
3 Tbsp Shiitake Mushroom
3 Tbsp Wood Ear Mushroom
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder
Mixes and Steam This about 30-35 Minutes.
After 25 Minutes add 8 yolks Egg and steam 10 Minutes.
*Sweet Sauce:
1/2 Cup Fish Sauce
1L Water
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Lemon Juice
1 Lime Juice
*Topping in the plate:
Broken Rice
Chicken
Fried Egg
Onion Oil
Pickles Carrot & Daikon
Sausage Chicken Egg
Fish Sauce
Fried Shallot
Cucumber
Bitter Melon Soup
