I love that affirmation I will save and say it everyday, because sometimes we forget about self... I know others are important to, but we're gotta be strong as individuals no matter what in regards to our own personal life and extended family or friends at the end of the day Self is 1st then whatever we can do outside of that if it's going to be the same energy in return then of course give back that energy, because sometimes people drain your energy and it's hard to let others in. but others forget we are human too we go through things to life its a puzzle all we can do is try to complete the puzzle but it takes a team collaboration effort..
