May be such a stupid question but how do you use a shower oil? I don’t know why this concept is so confusing to me. Is this to be used after body wash and then going in with the oil? Or is the oil in place of a body wash? Does it really foam up and clean thoroughly?
Hi! No such thing as a stupid question. I use it in place of body wash. It doesn’t foam up like a regular body wash, but it does create a bit of bubbling when used with a loofah. It cleans very thoroughly - especially body SPF! It melts off any product or grime and rinses totally clean. I love it!
i have normal/dry skin and the bioderma cleansing oil works great as a makeup/sunscreen remover. it doesn't leave any weird residue behind. it doesn't melt off my mascara as quickly and easily as a cleansing balm would, but i use the bioderma micellar water on my eyes anyway, so it doesn't bother me. (side note: haven't tried it on waterproof mascara) edit: i don't find it to sting my eyes either
