Hey guys! Long time no see!
Sorry for the lack of vlogs of late, but as I explained in the video, I felt like I should wait to make videos once rehearsals start.
We had about 8 days rehearsals before we got to the theatre, so I just picked out bits from various days, so it might not run in order :)
I've had so much fun on this job, the cast and crew are amazing.

Could you possibly do a video where you get ready for the show? I’ve seen lots of female actresses get ready but wondered how much make up and time goes into the males? 😊

I did theatre for eight years and cannot do it anymore so being able to live vicariously through yours and Carries vlogs is truly my favourite thing x
I toured Spain for 2 years as an actor and lost my voice horrendously. 13 show weeks and I ended up in hospital on a lot of painkillers. I really appreciate your opinion on taking care of your voice and really give yourself the time to rest. I didn't and it something I needed to take more seriously. Good advice Sir! X

It must be so fun to do a panto because it's still fun if things don't go to plan. There's a comedian that is always the main comedy guy in the one i go to every year and he always goes off book and it's hilarious seeing the other cast react!

Hello! I’m a New York theater lover, and we don’t really have pantos over here as much as you guys do, so I’ve always been curious what’s the division between a panto and a regular musical/ play? Great vid and thanks so much!
I am usually there at opening day but this year I am coming on the 15th, I can't wait I love panto and this year will be even better as you are in it.

Palomino and Pinto panto, short for pantomime! it’s kind of a comedy show normally based on a fairy tale but they add in more current songs, a few laughs and it’s normally a kind of feel good, all ages thing around Christmas :)

I really don’t know how you do it, how any actor/actress does shows every night without hurting, really.
Aparently there is such a thing as taking it slow while singing? I don’t know how to sound okay while not giving it my all and giving my vocal chords a hard time. After two or three songs my throat start aching and I stop sounding the same.
I am not at all a professional singer but I would love to get better at it just for the fun of it.

Katie O'Neill a Christmas show :) we do a classic fairytale normally and make it Christmas themed :)
I recommend the buzzfeed post from an American journalist trying to explain panto
It’s kind of like an interactive musical, it tends to be quite silly and aimed at children
Mainly fairy tales like Cinderella and jack and the bean stalk
