Why isn't the lower fin of the catfish trimmed. It's lazy of a person. The fins has no purpose for eating. Trim them, the fish will look nicer to the palate.
Beside that, the soup looks delicious.

There must be a reason behind that fin. Maybe it can help boosting the flavor, who knows?!
