I'd like to ask you an advice. Following one of your tutorials I added an external SSD (already formatted in FAT32) to my firestick 4k max.
In this SSD there're a lot of folders with various files inside (mostly videos with different extensions such as mp4, mkv, etc); from my PC I've changed all folder's images so that even my son who is now learning to read can recognize what's inside just looking the external folder's image.
I've tried tu use VLC but It just shows folder's name not images 😢
It's possible that Fire OS is having trouble reading the images, which is why they're not showing up. I'm not completely certain about this though, so I apologize if I'm not much help.

Hello Tanya, I am a new subscriber to your channel and enjoy your lectures and banter. The bloopers at the end of some are hilarious and I might add, you are so cute with your reactions. OK, I do have a question. Do you know of any workarounds to backload 3rd party apps such as Cinema on an amazon echo show 15? I am trying to help my wife add apps to her ES 15. Please advise
I forgot to add that Amazon has restricted use of Downloader on the ES 15 (I'm sure you know this already)

Hello, good morning Tanya. I am writing to you to help me with a problem I have that does not allow me to view my FireTv Stick correctly. Fortunately I found your channel here on CZcams and I really loved it. I connected my equipment correctly. When I open Netflix it gives me the following error: Check network settings to connect to the available network and be able to use the Netflix service (-100)
Another error that I am getting is that when I try to download any app it tells me; Purchase error. Please if you could help me. Greetings from Cuba
Please ensure you have a payment method attached to your Amazon account, even if you are downloading free apps. I'm not sure why Netflix is giving you this error. Is Netflix available in your region? Did you side-load the app or install it from the Amazon Appstore?

What device are you using? It may be beneficial to stream from iPlayer from a web browser instead of the app if it does not work correctly on your device.

How do you delete these apps from google tv as there is no "view details" in app sub menu .
From the Android TV Home screen, scroll to Settings. .
Under "Device," select Apps.
Under "Downloaded apps," choose the app you want to delete.
Select Uninstall. OK.
