The very first song is from SaGa Frontier. It's played when you fight the final boss of Asellus' storyline. I think the second to last song is Rimle's own battle theme.
i bet the mode on most of the bosses are easy and he transfered his slots over but how i thought the first weapons his characters got only had his lv. 8 slots. i wonder if he transfered them to a stronger slotless weapon by refining? o and did odinal used voice clips from the ToD2 drama cds?
if you are talking about "THAT" sword then it's only obtainable in the PSP version in the Aqua dungeon on your 2nd playthrough and beyond by beating a "FAMILIAR" boss. wink wink ;]

Even Loni, who doesn't really have any special abilities that would allow him to use magic -.- I mean, Kyle = son of heroes, Judas = *spoiler*, Reala = goddess, Nanaly = future and Harold = Earth warrior and mad scientist... so they all have explanations, except for Loni.
well my theory is that in the 18 year gap from ToD to ToD2, people eventually discovered/created spells through (lens research maybe?)
