The path gets made, and then it's finally time for me to delve into the Decked Out dungeon for the very first time.

When the ravager hit Pearl at 22:40, I fully dropped my phone out of fright. I can't imagine how stressful it is to actually do a run of Decked Out 😅
I haven't gotten jumpscared like that in a long time! I'm glad I'm not the only one..
I must be growing soft. Don't think I've been as jumpscared by a CZcams video ever.😅

Having watched a ton of the hermits play this, I feel Tango should hold a crash course on how to use a compass.
EDIT: I was a bit unclear, I didn't mean Pearl was horrible at using the compass. I meant that the hermits on average aren't all that great at using it, lol.
Actually Pearl was quite good at using it, she just got a bit unlucky with the compass location being a little ambiguous since you have three stories in the crypt area but she got one fairly close in terms of proximity to that... but still in the ice caves she went to at the end. Since it was her first and second runs she wouldn't really know the layout well enough to tell where to go.
That's probably more effort than actually building the game 😂

The sign of someone who isn't sure how to use it is when they start tossing the compass around even though it's clearly pointing through a wall. XD And the rest of them will pick it up pretty quick, whether it's recalling their forgotten compass skills from Decked Out 1 or learning them for the first time. I heard Etho(?) set up a quick crash-course for them. XD

This was definitly not the most newbie run! When the the season ends and the world is up for download I'm going to try it and it's definitely goona go much worse! But I'm happy to see you enjoy it! And Tango is a genious!

Great episode! Also, for the forest with the road to the decked out, when you will transform it to fit the alien style you can also transform the lake using stained glass fog effect to make it more alienish
Yeah saying might be too much DO....we have been watching Tango building this for 18 months....we can handle DO videos lol and are loving watching them..please post full runs though some of teh hermits editing or fast fwd the runs which kinda ruins it as the slower parts of run is what builds up the atmosphere of the dungeon as we slowly hear the heart beat raise ect
Appreciate the time taken editing down the Decked Out run, the effort is not lost in keeping a reasonable length episode.
Honestly not much was cut at all - only the part where I was fiddling with my settings

GG on your first runs of Decked Out 2! Absolutely average, not at al worse than any others, the learning curve is real. This iteration of Decked Out is so much different from the first that everyone is more or less on an even field.

After watching Pearlo’s play through of Decked out, I don’t think that I can watch any others. My heart was POUNDING that whole time (I definitely got jump scared by that Ravager during her second run), and my anxiety for you guys is just through the roof.
Average Hermit's first run of Decked Out 2 is as follows: Step 1 Admire the door. Step 2 Shift when the first Sneak card sounds. Step 3 not understand how to compass. Step 4 Die.
I love that Ravager jumpscare in the 2nd run so much, I woke up super early to watch Pearls stream and that alone made it worth it, somethings are more important than sleep and Decked Out is one of those things

Near that crypt there are places were there are maybe three floors one above the other.
a ravager pulling that cart would be Amazing
Hermits are trying to get max saturation before they enter the dungeon, but they are using golden carrots which only gives 14 saturation.
You could sell sus-stew made with blue orchid or dandelion to the hermits going into DO for the 21 saturation it gives.

No, sneak also helps avoid triggering the skulk sensors which increase your Clank
