    Quad canes are used when more support and stability are needed. Single point canes are useful to help add a little more stability when getting around. Single point canes are lightweight and portable and quad canes tend to be a little heavier and cumbersome. Both single point canes and quad canes are adjustable and can be helpful if you are experiencing pain with walking, feel a little imbalanced, or are just looking for more support for comfort.

    Perfect and timely as I've been thinking of trying out a cane to see if it helps if i have to leave the house on high pain days. Thank you Dr Alyssa. 👍✨😊

    We use something here called " Canadian Crutches" they support the arm under the elbow. People here call them walking sticks but they were invented to substitute crutches that go undef the arms.

    There’s a can I think it’s called hurricane ? It’s lightweight and triple prong .. I use that when my spinal stenosis and bulging disks and sciatic are flaring .
