A very hopeful ending to an extremely sad script. Thank you Martha for job well done. Asante Richard for that intro and important info. Karīndī is a bright shining star and that role was perfectly cut out for her. Wanja and Gacheru did great in their villain roles as chief architects of BETRAYAL through theft, lies, malice, fabrications and hatred. Nyakīrata's misguided "love" for their wayward son led him eventually into the long arm of the law. Njoroge's RŪTŪRĪKO and punchlines cia NJIINŪ has no equal... he is simply the best in that department. Wandahuhu was the only consistent voice of reason throughout, and as always, acting is second nature to him. Robert is a very sentimental guy and that hug at the kiosk was a powerful moment and a real turning point. The doctor is really a good actor and mirrors Robert in more ways than one. Aunty was still her feisty self and she fits & plays that role well. The nurse is super and very very pleasant. Finally, how I wish that phonecall between Wanja & Karīndī could have happened!!
