  • Been chasing leaks for over a year now and was about over it. Boiling diesel fuel in well mixed with exhaust. In under a hour it was finished and I'm just a little, really a little, smarter. I'm a happy camper now even with all the supplies to reseal the injectors. I'm sure all this would of been half a day with a real MB expert and not the year I've been dealing with it. Hope this helps somebody. On a side note be careful of the fuel return line. I purchased by first line from an Amazon seller. Fast shipping but the size was wrong. It was 2.5 mm which leaked. Buying from FCP or Pelican will definitely get you the right hose size.

For return line only use the original mb or it pop in 3 to 6 months

Thanks for the video! This is the exact problem I'm having. Going to order some new return lines now...

Hello, the leak is in the line hose? Or under injector?

Hello HG. I ender up replacing the braided return line three times. It seems there is a difference in the diameter. The best I found was from FPC Euro (in US) and of course the MB dealer. It was frustrating as I was forever chasing fuel gathering at the base of the injectors. Once I used the FPC line it was all gone. Who knew? Hope this helps.
