The biggest country are China, India, Japan, Taiwan and Sud-corea, we Can "ignore" the other ones, so they will be Huge, but we're are talking of a lot of people and a very big territory... UE is an actual organization, this state in Asia are even enemy. If you Want to compare Asia you have to compare with Europe, not with EU, so you have to count Norway, UK, Turkey and the other smallest states, so i don't think there will be many differences

About the EU 🇪🇺 GDP I think if is united and with a federal budget there is a potential to reach the USA 🇺🇸
The whole east Europe is very undeveloped, but they have a big population and a decent amount of resources.
With money and commitment, they could be able to fill the last 6 billions gap.

Honestly, saying Berlin IS the EU's biggest city says a lot more about administrative divisions than the actual reality in the continent.
