I may not have any skills in modeling or designing but maybe this software can help me get started. I've always wanted to make my own characters. I've conceived my characters but only through games that supports character creation.

Unrelated and I don't really have an interest of becoming a vtuber, but really like how your avatar is rigged to match the movements of your mouse and keyboard. Most I've seen don't even have their arms showing.

I just got a vroid file, how to vonvert Vroid studio Animated motion VFP file or Vrm file for VeeSeeFace or VUP to read ?
Vrm is specific to VRoid models so you shouldnt have to convert them if that’s what you received. If it’s a different kind of file like an fbx then you would most likely have to use Unity or blender with a plug-in in order to change the file type into a vrm. I’m not super knowledgeable on that process at the current moment so I don’t think I would be able to help past that I apologize
