I'd been putting it off for days thinking it was gonna be boring but this is by far the most satistying of all the panels. Cenk came correct to slay these fools with facts.

I have real issues with Cenk generally but he was by far the best on the panel here. Not even close.

How about sending employers to jail for hiring people without the right papers? This will prevent employers from exploiting these people. If you need foreign labour to do jobs that Americans don't want to do, you can then create a fast-tracked visa class to allow foreigners to work legally.

I left the USA on purpose, foreseeing the future of the country. I filled out all of the paperwork, paid all of the fees, passed all of the tests required, sold my home, and most of my belongings. packed up the Audi and moved to Canada. I waited the allotted time, While living in Canada legally, in a home I purchased, found work, became an outstanding member of my community through volunteerism. Eventually, Canada accepted my application for citizenship, I paid those fees, took my test, passed, and then was sworn in as a citizen. I followed the rules, paid my dues, and now live in the best country in the world.
So, when the going got tough...
Whoohoo!!! Canada is great. But we still have to stay vigilante against the country going sideways due to conservatives trying to copy the Republicans.

I agree with Cenk in that we need to acknowledge that corporations use undocumented immigrants as laborers and pay them pennies. But let's also acknowledge that it should be illegal for corporations to use prison labor to enrich the corporations and pay them nothing! And then push for privatized prisons!

A compromise would be if the USA gave Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California back to Mexico. They could also give the Suoix their land back too.
A compromise could be to deport illegals. Then setting up a border police and getting a wall. If you wanted things to go back like it was hundreds of centuries ago then you might as well start by moving back to England and letting Indians roam all of the Western Hemisphere. No Mexicans just Indians. Bring back the Incan, Aztec and Mayan Empires and let the Inuit roam freely hunting seals as they have done centuries.
